Verify Your Bank Details:
Before reaching out, double-check that your bank details are accurately updated in our system. Log in to the Ambassador App and navigate to the "Bank Details" section. Ensure that your Account Number, Beneficiary Name, Bank Name, Bank City, Bank Branch, Swift Code, and IBAN (International Bank Account Number) are correctly entered. Note: Remember to include the complete IBAN number along with the country code and provide the exact account name as per bank records.
Review Payment Eligibility Criteria:
Familiarize yourself with our payment eligibility criteria based on your status as either a new joiner or an existing influencer. For new joiners, payments are processed when the total collected amount from your referral code reaches or exceeds 150 AED, 90 days after the end of the month of eligibility. Existing influencers also have a minimum transfer amount of 150 AED, with payments processed every 90 days. Note: Understand that only successfully completed transactions contribute to your payment eligibility. Canceled and returned orders are excluded from the calculation of your code's performance.
