How do I read the Performance Dashboard?


Here is a step-by-step guide on how to read and check the performance dashboard:


  • Login in to your influencer account : (https://ambassadors.noon.com/)

  • Navigate to the 'Performance Dashboard.'

  • Choose the Marketplace (Noon, Namshi, Sivvi) and Date.

You'll find a comprehensive overview of your sales performance, including the following:


  • ORDER DATE

  • ADVERTISER

  • PLATFORM

  • COUNTRY

  • COUPON CODE

  • TOTAL ORDERS

  • NON-PAYABLE ORDERS

  • TOTAL ORDER VALUE

  • FTU ORDERS

  • FTU ORDER VALUE

  • RTU ORDERS

  • RTU ORDER VALUE


Additionally, please be informed that we have incorporated an export feature into the dashboard. Located at the top right corner, you will find a button allowing you to export an xlsx file. This file provides a complete overview for efficient tracking and monitoring of performance based on your code
